I knew the lining on the inside had some gold design but decided to give this coat a try anyway. Unfortunately it did not meet my expectations so I returned it.

Jacket looks good. It feels warm and brand name is not sticker but it’s embroidered so I hope it will not go away.

Beetroot jacket actually looks like Terracotta

I liked how structured the jacket was. It looks good and is quite warm. However, the zipper is faulty and gets caught every time. I also had an issue with the pocket placement. It is too low and at an awkward angle, if you wish to keep your hands in the pockets to keep them warm. I live in Quebec, and it gets very cold in the winters here, and for me the pockets were a disappointment. Also, i was disappointed with the colour. I ordered a beetroot colour and i expected it to be a coold toned pinkish red, or a deep red, as shown in the pictures. But the jacket was a shade of brownish red, and much darker with a warm tone. I would describe it as Terracotta, rather than beetroot. Another problem is the sleeves-- the sleeves are too long in this jacket. If you aren't tall, i would not recommend this jacket to you. I normally wear a medium to large size (36D chest) in jackets and tops. When i purchased this at a store in large, the sleeves were too long
And when i ordered it in medium, the sleeves were alright but the chest was tight. The jacket runs true to size, but the sleeves on this are just not meant for someone short or petite (I am 5 feet 3.5 inches). Lastly, i didn't like the way it zipped up to the chin and found it bothersome.

Not warm enough

I got this jacket cause of its reviews on how warm it is, but unfortunately i did not find it warm enough for me. I literarily shiver in this jacket at -14 degrees.

I used it for snow in buffalo and i didn’t feel a bit of cold and I didn’t even use the warmers underneath ! It’s more than enough. Pretty and comfy. I love it!!!!
