Columbia Women's Saturday Trail Long 12-inch Shorts

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought these in grey plaid around 2012, and they are some of my favorite shorts because of the zipper pocket on the right leg and the length for us tall ladies!! Bring these shorts back, please…🥰

Got these pants for work and they are great. The quality is superb. I chose a size 6 in the 12 inch option and they fit just where I needed them. I included a lot of pictures for reference. I’m 5’7, and 118 lbs.

So I have this short in the 5 inch length. My most favorite shorts ever! They are stretchy and allow you to move athletically while still looking great to run out to the store or casual dinner! I love the gusseted crotch. The pockets are very accommodating. I wear them for everyday stuff to running dog agility. I can stuff so many dog treats in my pockets! HA! I considered buying this in the longer length and having them hemmed however the leg pocket would interfere. That's how much I love them. This longer length I don't find appealing for my use and activities. I'm 5'10" and wear size 6 and they are just the right length. They don't leave you over exposed😉. I've been watching for the shorter version over the last 2 years and haven't seen them. Please bring them back so I can replenish my stock!!!

Super comfortable wash great and fit perfectly. True to size and I love wearing them.

This is my third pair of these shorts. Two have a 12" inseam and one is 10". But I love them all! Best of all they come in my size!! It is quite hard for me to find clothes in my size that are really more suitable for young folks to wear. (I really am far away from young!) Yet these shorts are stylish and versatile. I live in Florida so they get plenty of wear.

The fit is slim so if you’re between sizes go larger. But I love the bit of stretch and the pockets. The green is a nice shade. I’m 6’1 so it’s nice to choose the longer length. I really wish Columbia would go back to “Tall” sizing. It was so nice to get pants long enough. Hint hint Columbia!!!!! Women are taller these days.

This is the first pair of shorts that has fit me in literally YEARS!!! Please do not make this size/cut unavailable in the future! I purchased size 2 with 10" inseam. I am currently buying them in every color because usually when something actually fits me it is discontinued. I also love the cargo pocket with zipper! Zippers are good!!! Yes it runs small compared to other brands but for me that's a good thing!!!
