Columbia Women's Saturday Trail™ II Convertible Pants

I bought 3 pairs of these pants for a wildlife photography trip to Botswana, South Africa, Zambia and Zimbabwe. They were perfect. Light weight, breathable, dried fast, easy to pack. They came in sizes with “Long” inseams which I definitely need and is not easy to find. These pants performed so well that I purchased an additional 3 pairs for a wildlife photography trip to Brazil’s Pantanal. Again, these pants did not disappoint. I wish they came in more colors although British Tan/khaki worked for my purposes.

These are the BEST hiking pants! The reason why is 1: they are convertible and 2: they cinch at the bottom which makes it possible to since over your hiking boots to avoid getting ticks and your ankles brushing on poison ivy, which is so important! Plus, they are the only columbia pant that comes in inseam "Short" which is great for petites. My only issue is that the women's & men's color options are not the same, colors my husband needs women's have and colors like the men's blue, women's doesn't have which I need. This pant is much better than the Silver Ridge and wish this pant came in the colors the Silver Ridge has. I hope this isn't getting discounted since I need to rebuy after having these for over a decade.

These pants were great but I wish the sizing wasn't so small as I had to guess and fortunately guessed right!

I absolutely love these pants. They are soft and cool to the touch. I can easily switch them to shorts when it gets hot. They are perfect for outdoors or indoors.

I’m hiking the Appalachian Trail in Ga and these pants provide just what I need for fit and performance. In warmer weather I can unzip the bottom portion for a nice length pair of shorts. Rugged and comfort in one!

Perfect for travel. It’s a good fit. I weight 148lbs. 5’2’ -92 cm waist and 105cm hips. I bought size 12. Fits perfectly with an extra breething room. I still have an extra inch at the waist and hips. I guess size 10 would fit ´perfectly’. However, for long travel, I would appreciate that extra space. I ordered a Regular inseam. It’s a bit too long for me. I have to shorten it down by 2 inches. I hope this helps all the online shoppers out there!

I love the pants they just run small.so I’ll return them for the next size up other than that I love them
