Size is true. It is very light and thin. Hood stays up when you want it to. This is water repellent not a raincoat but I was wearing it when I got drenched in a terrible storm and when I took it off my hair was dry thanks to the hood and my shirt was just slightly damp in a couple spots. I was impressed with how dry it kept me overall considering it is more just a windbreaker. It sits to waist length. A great purchase especially with the great sale price. I got the blue with the bright colored flowers. It is so pretty.

I love this jacket! It looks good, it feels good, it's a gorgeous colour! My only issue is that the lining isn't attached better on the inside at the seams. So when I shove my arm in when I'm already wearing a sweater, the lining comes through, then I have to spend a ridiculous amount of time trying to wiggle it all back into place.
