Came with a rip

I like the jacket itself. The jacket length falls around my hips, so I sized up because I wanted it slightly roomy overall but it is still quite tight around my hips. I bought this for fall to walk my dog, and I love the smooth material which makes it easy to slip on and off. The cuffs are elastic so stay snug and don’t allow any wind to get in. My only complaint is that it arrived with a small rip on the back of the jacket and I didn’t notice until about a week or two later. The material is pretty delicate.
