Columbia Women's Silver Ridge Utility Pattern Long Sleeve Shirt

I bought this shirt to have sun protection when out and about. I was going to replace a PFG shirt I bought years ago. Unfortunately, when you need sun protection, a shirt made exclusively of polyester doesn't keep you cool when in the sun. The fabric is a very tight weave and very light. There are buttons (good) and snaps (not good on a light fabric). There are pockets on on the right breast, a small one on the left breast opened with a velcro strip, and a small patch pocket on the interior of the back near the hip. The pockets can't hold anything heavy the material is too light. Over time, the pockets and placket with snaps will degrade because the material is too light. Poor choice of material, questionable design of when snaps are needed instead of buttons or velcro.
