Great jacket!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great jacket! Definitely waterproof, was great for a trip to Scotland. Very light weight so allows for layering. I am 5’10 and the jacket came just a few inches above my knee

Great raincoat, runs large

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a beautiful raincoat, and it seems high quality. I haven't tested it in the rain yet, but I wanted to comment on the sizing. I'm 5'7" and 167lbs, and the Medium fits me fine, with room for a big sweater or fleece underneath, despite the size chart suggesting I probably needed L. The arms are long, which is great. I had ordered it in M and L, and I didn't even open the L, as the M was plenty large for me.

Great raincoat!

A lightweight and comfortable raincoat in a pretty colour. Purchased for my mom as a gift. She really likes the soft feel of the coat and that it is not stiff or heavy. The inside and outside pockets are great for dog walkers. I bought one for myself in the brighter green.

No! No! No! This jacket is not waterproof!

This jacket is not water proof! I worked it to day in England and got soaked to the skin. Strangely enough, it works well on the back but from my collar bone and my waist, I got wet. The jacket is only a couple of months old

This raincoat is garbage. It feels like a trash bag. The zipper is cheap and gets stuck half way up - not even on fabric, just on itself. The size small is huge; the sleeves are too long and it *looks* like I’m wearing a pink garbage bag. The fig color is a much darker pink/purple than displayed on the screen. I am consistently disappointed with Columbia products.
No, I do not recommend this product.

Great option at a reasonable price for the quality

This is a great rain coat. Length useful for urban/dog walking adventures, light weight, seems to breathe ok, and is waterproof. I haven't tested it on an major hikes or lengthy outings in downpours, but for what I need it for (dog walks, urban outings, etc) this is a great option. I purchased the light green - a nice basic, but not black (which I wanted to avoid so I was more visible at night).
