Columbia Youth Unisex Mighty Mogul II Winter Jacket

Love this coat! Keeps her warm without the bulk. So lightweight without compromising warmth. Love that Columbia colors coordinate I mix and match coats and snow pants as she out grows them.

My daughter is 9 years old and wears the size medium. Its the perfect fit with a little room to grow! She loves the colors, its warm and not too bulky. Would recommend!

The jacket is well made and very warm. Youth sizing can be tricky. We got the XL for my very tall 11 yr old and it fits good. We haven’t used it in the snow yet, but it looks sturdy. Columbia has always been a great choice for our family’s winter gear.

Nice looking jacket, but not as warm as it says. I bought this jacket for its “warmest” rating, but my daughter complains daily that she is cold at 4°C even though she wears a fleece hoodie and a long sleeve shirt under the jacket. It says it has 150 insulation yet the “warmest”, but I saw another jacket with 240 insulation rated as not as warm. It’s quite confusing. I will have to keep searching and try another jacket. Unfortunately can’t return this one anymore as it has been worn already. I wanted to love this jacket one for our rainy west coast weather. But unfortunately not warm enough.

My daughter has the same style of coat for a couple years and we got it as a hand me down. We’re hoping that this coat hold us as well as her other one. I really like the Omni heat technology. The coat doesn’t need to be as bulky to be just as warm. I not 100% sure that my daughter is going to love the colors. I liked the look better online than in person. Fingers crossed that she’ll like it.
