Ordered a size ten and received a labeled size ten. Fit closer to an eleven. Returning the item in store was not an issue.
Local Sport Chek doesn't stock this shoe so I went to a different retailer and bought the same shoe in a size ten and fit fine.
Otherwise, it's a chuck.

Wrong size, didn’t get back shipping costs so I lost out on $ and still had to buy a pair that fit and overall spent $60 extra because they didn’t refund shipping at all. Pretty disappointing
