Unfortunately the shoe didn’t fit properly and are bigger. Worst customer service as you don’t give the option of exchange. There is only return option but need to loose the shipping charges i paid which was not mentioned during purchase time. I am stuck as my husband also bought me the same shoe with same shoe number as a surprise gift now i have two same shoes with same color and size. I wish i can get my shipping charges as well as i never experienced this before with any good brand as sport check also have good name so should do the full refund so that i can order the right size as an exchange
