Disappointed, arrived damaged.

Ordered 9 of these for our wedding party, box arrived open, but luckily all were there. However, they had put the 9 cups in a box too big with only a couple of pieces of paper in the box for protection. 7/9 of them now have dings, dents, chipped paint or bent handles, and we’re too close to the wedding to send back and find alternate gifts. Won’t be online ordering from here again if this is the level of care taken with products.

Ordered nine of these for our wedding party, box arrived open, but luckily all were there. Seven of them now have dings, dents, chipped paint or bent handles, and we’re too close to the wedding to send back and find alternate gifts. Won’t be online ordering from here again if this is the level of care taken with products.
