I received a glasses case…

I also reviewed the Costa Permit glasses for the same reason- I didn’t receive them. Instead I got a box and a case, and no glasses. I’ve contacted customer service, but as of yet, no one has responded to this issue. It’s been a week now. I’d say this was a mistake, but two for two is making me wonder if an employee didn’t purposely take the glasses. I really think Sportchek should have more quality assurance when shipping orders. This issue should never happen. I’ve dealt with lots of other online retailers who have 2 or even 3 employees verify the order before it ships. This is unacceptable. For a loyal customer to Sportchek, I feel very let down by the way this issue has not only not been resolved, it hasn’t even been taken into account.
