Computer Glitch, Poor customer service

I received the case without the glasses. When I phoned to explain the problem, they very kindly shipped the glasses. However, that meant they would arrive after Christmas so they gave me a voucher so I could go online and order another pair with express shipping (thus the voucher) to arrive before Christmas. Due to some glitch online, I was unable to order because the website kept telling me i was outside the jurisdiction, even though I wasn’t and when I phoned the person on the phone didn’t understand, then the next person I called could see the problem but their computer wasn’t working properly and I would have to call back and then she hung up. I finally gave up. It is December 30th and I have not received the original glasses yet!
