When they say it’s 35L they mean it. I compared it to a 38L bag and the Cotopaxi swallowed everything and I still had room. The 38L did not work as well. I will need to mindful not to over stuff but the quality and capacity are great. I would highly recommend this bag.

My best friend has this pack in the all black color and she fit so many things on our trip to Japan, that I wanted to upgrade to Cotopaxi as well.
I picked this color because I wanted a little surprise and still mostly black to match my aesthetic. The colors add a playful aspect to this bag. I love the clamshell opening, the compartments, and the overall sturdiness of this bag. I’m already great about traveling a week at a time with one bag, but I anticipate the quality of this bag will stand up to my domestic and international adventures.

The bag is super high quality! I really like the patchwork look of all the various colors against the main black pieces. This is the perfect bag to take as a carry on for a long trip. Taking it as a carry on to Japan next month.

I love the colors! It opens like a suitcase, which makes it easy to access everything without digging all the way to the bottom, and the compartments are great. I also love the waist belt because it really supports my back. It does look a little big on me since I’m small, but overall I really like it.

I am only 5ft tall and I was afraid this was going to be too big for me - it is larger than a standard backpack on me but that's ok because it fits all the things I need even if I look like a toddler going off to Pre-k. :)

This backpack is incredible!! The perfect size for fitting under your seat on an airplane and is not too big to use on a bike ride around town. You cannot beat the suitcase style opening and the small pocket at the top! I love the neon contrast with the black as well!! I also purchased the packing cubes and they fit perfectly. Can’t wait for my next trip!

I like the different color options available. The backpack also has multiple pockets that are easy to reach and seem very convenient for organizing things. I haven’t used it yet, but I’m looking forward to taking it on my trip to Europe.
