I’m always impressed by Cotopaxi style and quality. This is at least the 5th coat I’ve ordered a the thickest to date. The coat is light, very well constructed, beautiful color and material and fits extremely well. I appreciate the design since parkas can often feel too thick and heavy. It’ll be a stable this winter and ready for a trip to the German alps.

Goodbye Northface, Hello Cotopaxi!

Ive been an avid northface wearer my entire life. I would have multiple jackets that I would bounce around from throughtout the winter as the conditions changed. Thats all over now after finding the Salazo Down Parka. This thing can do it all in every condition. I remain just as warm in it with a T shirt as I did in my northface jackets all layered up. It held up to some of the harshest Vermont winter condtions this year and was a warm insulated oasis. Thank you !

I grabbed the charcoal / black edition of the Solazo in medium. It fits perfectly (I’m 6 feet, 165 lbs)l. It looks styled with almost anything. Better yet, it’s soft, snug, and envelops the wearer in downy, comfy, warmth. Like a slanket but without the embarrassment. Great product!!

I was looking for a long time for a coat to fit my frame. I am just bigger than a medium, so I need a large. Large coats for me are usually far too loose around the mid section. This coat in a large fit me just right. I like the colors cotopaxi uses for their jackets and this one is deceptively warm based on bulkiness. The snugger fit keeps the warm in better. Also, materials are nice and soft against the skin. I highly recommend this brand.
