Cotopaxi Nido 4L Travel Accessory Bag

I received a backpack in Fig as a gift earlier this year and was impressed with the storage as well as the comfortability of carrying it through two airports with a 3 year old. I purchased the nido accessory bag in fig to go with it and help me keep things organized in the bag and holy moly does it hold a lot. With three pockets I felt like I could keep all I needed in it without it taking up excessive space or being a giant jumbled mess.

Did I really need another toiletries bag? Noooo. But I love this one, and look forward to using it on all our adventures. Here’s what I really like: the recycled nylon fabric is lightweight but feels very durable, and is eco-friendly. Love the new fig color with navy interior and fun zipper colors. Great construction and super sturdy, from seams to lining to hardware… even the zipper pulls feel substantial. It’s small(ish) but really holds a lot. The two outside pockets have a kind of gusset construction, so you can really push out the sides if you’ve packed it full. On the other hand, it can squish down if you’re not carrying as much, or if you reduce the contents as the trip progresses. I like having that bit of structure with the ability to smash down if needed. Mostly, I love having three separate compartments with a zippered pocket in one side section, and three slip pockets in the other side. Lots of good organization makes it easy to find your goods. It doesn’t hang like some of my other bags, but I like the dopp design with a grab handle (easy to add a carabiner to it). I’m using it as a toiletries/cosmetics bag, but it would be a great tech bag, too. Or anything else you need it for – maybe your mini french press setup would fit?

Purchased this for an upcoming trip and it fits perfectly in my carry on bag!

This is the fourth accessory bag for family members that I’ve bought. I’m always impressed with the quality of the products.

Strong, durable fabric with an added waterproof coating on the very bottom that was a welcome surprise. Good organizational storage sections. Wish it had other color options.

With three main separate zippered compartments, I organize my toiletries and even some stationary items in it so they don’t get lost in a larger bag. It is a larger accessory bag, so it fits a lot.

Great bag for organizing a bunch of little things.

I recently purchased this bag to specifically fit in my Alpa 28L travel backpack, and it has performed well. I am able to fit all my toiletry items and highly value the three different zippered compartments. The bag fits a lot, but still fits into the top zippered compartments of the backpack. The me, this allows me to best utilize the space in my travel backpack to its fullest.
