Fantastic Pants!

For us shortie gals who have some curves, it’s hard to find pants that hit you at just the right height and hug you just the right way. These pants fit the bill! I’m 5’3” and a 137 lbs and I got a size 6 in the Grain color — and the Ambato pants have been one of my favorite pants to wear to work and on days off! It’s stretchy and comfortable, and the color is a great neutral and it hits you at just the right spot at the waist that I can wear shorter tops comfortably. Love these pants so much I recommended it to my friend who bought another pair right away. Only thing I have to see is that I bought another pair in the Woods color, same size 6, and the Woods version seems tighter than the Grain, a little less stretchy. Slight difference in materiality it seems? Not sure. But the sizing difference between the two colors is apparent. I still wear them, but the Grain one is my absolute favorite for fit. I can’t rave about it enough!

Loose and breezy, but not polished

Decided to size up to an 8 rather than go with my actual (6). My legs are pretty short, so this length hits right about my ankle, and the pants are a well-balanced width. The dark green color matches lots of tops and can be dressed up or down.
The material seems to wrinkle/loosen quickly. I'm testing them as travel pants, and by the second day I need a belt because the cotton has loosened so much around the waist+ the legs and inner hips have creased from sitting+standing. A quick steam or iron helps.

The quality of these pants is excellent, with smooth, flawless stitching along the seams. As a woman with larger thighs, finding pants that fit well can be challenging, but these exceeded my expectations. I’ll definitely be adding more colors to my wardrobe.

I love the look and fit of the pants, I wear size 12 x 30 or 32 Long. I love the style, fabric and the great quality. I would love to buy. Another pair.
