With a PVC-free and vegan construction, the Cougar Kids' Stark-G2 Waterproof Insulated Pull-On Winter Boots are designed to keep kids' feet toasty warm, dry, and comfortable. These waterproof boots have a leather upper to protect against wet conditions and a round toe design with ample room for comfort. They also feature removable moulded foam insoles for cushioning and support. These pull-on boots come with a front lace closure for easy on and off and are temperature-rated at -40°C/-40°F for extreme weather.
