No Respect for Customers and their Orders

These Crocs have beautiful colours and design pattern. It is unfortunate, however, that Sportchek repeatedly fails to ship many products after they have confirmed customer orders. Waited several business days before contacting Customer Service, where they require customers to wait an additional 7 days for investigation processes to let you know if they will ship or cancel the order. So, if you don’t want to wait for up to a month to maybe get your order, purchase from another Canadian company (eg Softmoc). Sadly, because this has happened to us many times, we no longer find Sportchek reliable or there customer services “customer” focussed, and will no longer be using them as a supplier.
