Bad customer service

The product was amazing but the CS from sport check was not. When the shoes arrived at my doorstep the croc decorations were not included. I immediately drove to a nearby location that still had my size in stock. The manager made me wait over half an hour while he attempted to get video proof that the decorations were not included at the store they were packed at. Eventually he proceeded with the exchange but verbally made me feel like I had stolen them and was trying to obtain more.
Yes, I recommend this product.
