Nice shoes, shipped wrong size, instore nonsense

Shoes were nice as shown in picture. They shipped out wrong size, I ordered a 4.5 and received a 4.0. The box was labeled 4.5, but the contents were 4.0 size. So I went in store to refund and order a new set, this is where the problems came. I spent over 40 minutes in store trying to order through their in store order ship to home and kept getting error codes. After the manager talked to customer service, my street name was a banned phrase "Union" and I couldn't place my order at the store.
