It's a water bottle holder. One thing you might want to know is: does it holds water bottles? Yes, yes it does. And I'll let you in on a little secret: if you have an empty water bottle, you can put anything you like in there (maybe not soup, or at least nothing chunky, or thick - like custard) and it will still work 100%.
