Diamondback Greenway 1 Urban Commuter Bike

I received my bicycle ahead of time, so that was definitely nice. Assembly was relatively straightforward thanks to the manufacturer's instructional videos. It would have been nice to know beforehand that I needed some tools so that I could have them prepared. The bicycle itself is great. Rides comfortably and smoothly. My only real problem is that out of the box, the derailleur was slipping on the highest gear. I called Sport Chek and was told I could schedule an appointment at my local store to get it adjusted. However, the agent wasn't able to help me schedule an appointment and pointed me to the website. Not ideal. In the end, I just went directly to the store and asked for assistance. The staff were helpful and friendly, and the turnaround time was pretty quick. However, on my ride home I found out that they hadn't really fixed the issue and had instead made it worse. I ended up watching YouTube videos at home to learn how to fix it myself instead of riding all the way back to the store. As the bike itself is great, I'm giving it five stars, but if the service were to be considered for the overall experience, this would be a three-star review.

It’s just amazing! I love my new cruiser! Unbelievable quality; comfortable ride; disk brakes; the lighter gear ⚙️ is really light to compensate the bigger chain ring.

Really great cruiser for it's price point. I'm about 6 feet and the 19" frame feels perfect for my size. Super comfortable and lightweight.

Had some trouble putting the bike together. On paper it looked simple – just install the handlebar, seat, and front wheel, since the rest was already assembled. But in practice, the handlebar mount was attached the wrong way at the factory, so I had to flip it around. On top of that, the brake cable was routed incorrectly, so the front brake didn’t even work until I fixed it. Overall though, it’s a solid bike. For 300 bucks you really can’t complain, just be ready to spend a little time adjusting things yourself – looks like the factory assembler was on vacation.
