These shorts check all the boxes. Liner is great and fully detachable. Outer shorts are an awesome stretch material. If you aren't fussed about brands these are great.

Fit is good, size M 31 waist. Only thing is the little material loops that connect to the short that hold the padded liner, or remove it.. the stitching came loose and eventually came apart entirely. Not really a big deal, they don't really need to be fixed to the short.
