Fit true to size. The insert seems flexible and supportive. I'd like a couple more pockets on the back side to store items while riding, though overall, I am pleased with these shorts.

Very good shorts for the price!

I have had them for about a month. Worn them a bunch of times. Happy with the quality and the liner. I would say they fit standard. L fits me with 36 inch waist and can be pulled in a bit. Wash up well. I got them on sale This is a solid product and I would buy them again.
