The best bag for our travel needs.

We bought 3 bags to make our trip through Italy and Amalfi easier knowing how many steps we will have to climb. The bag did great. It is super light on its own, only 6lb, so you can pack more as average luggage weighs 10-12 lbs. It is waterproof so even when it rained nothing inside got wet. When we needed to switch from rolling it to a backpack, it was extremely easy and convenient to pull the backpack straps. The side pockets with zippered compartments is great for shoes or smaller items. Yes, it is expensive, but it was totally worth it. My 12 year old daughter was able to carry the bag with ease and it made our Amalfi experience a breeze.

It was a great idea, especially for the weight limit to Antarctica BUT . . it flops over , as soon as you try to rest it upright , after pulling . Pulls easily , but despite trying pack it different ways , it’s clumsy .

I do a lot of travel. and as a grandma, this bag has lots of room for the stuff that I bring the grand kids. It is tough material, and rugged construction but the balance is a bit off for the long hauls thru train stations and underground.

The rolling function of this bag leaves a lot to be desired. The lack of a rigid pull handle makes the bag very unstable when trying to roll it. The bag twists and turns over and does everything but roll. Very poor design concept. The back back function worked well enough but the rolling function is not suitable for my travel needs and I would like to return it.

Bought this as an emergency duffle. High quality material and zippers. Like that it has the wheel option and back pack straps. It is heavy when full since it's large. Slightly awkward to carry on back but I consider it primarily a duffle with option of back pack and I have heavy items in it. Really well made and happy with it.

Tag says there is a detachable interior mesh divider. I have not been able to find it, nor can I see any place to attach it! We used it for a safari. Lots of room but a divider would have been nice

I had a 110 L cargo hauler for about a dozen uses of various modes of travel (airline, car, boat), which worked well as a duffle, non-airline use. There are three issues with the base design at the wheels. 1) The bag handle is short for a 5' 9" person, 2) the two-wheel roller becomes unstable when pulled straight or over small bumps (tips over), and 3) the bag became damaged at the base due to airline excessive handling (see image). I would not recommend this bag for rolling due to instability and excess wear.

Although this is more than adequate to hold a ton of gear, it is extremely difficult to manage. It has two wheels but it almost always ends up flipping over as you pull it. As a short woman, my arms aren’t long enough to get adequate space between my legs and the bag, so I am constantly hitting the bag with my foot. It does not travel well over gravel, cobblestone, or any uneven surfaces. And even on a hard surface it will still flip over on you. It was extremely challenging for me to handle this bag. I would not recommend it for any travel. It may work as a bag to take camping but using it in lieu of a spinner suitcase it is a non starter.
