Hire people interested in helping people

Staff were disinterested in helping. Others were chatting between themselves and seemed to prefer conversations about their weekend than helping guests. Out of the 7-8 staff only 1 was helpful, a young black woman (please give her kudos). Checkout was a nightmare.
