    I’m so glad I got the 15 pound as opposed to the 20 pound weights, what is your other perfect weight to start working out again. I have been fairly in active for a few years now and wanted to get back into the swing of things. I do about five exercises with these and I love them. Even my son started using them.

    Makes doing reps convenient as its just there on the floor. Pick it up while watching tv, do some reps. It’s the perfect weight for me - F/130/170 and I get to do some weights without having to make a trip to the gym. I recommend.
