Energetics Training Mat

This gym mat is perfect for home workouts. I live in a condo and it really helps dampen sounds from at home HIIT training. I was really disappointed that SportChek used so much extra packaging for a pickup order. Please be mindful of waste.

BECAUSE THIS MAT IS AROUND 26 INCHES WIDE AND 72 INCHES LONG, LOTS OF ROOM TO DO WHATEVER YOU WANT TO DO. AND BECAUSE IT IS 15MM THICK, NO ISSUES WITH ROLLING OFF LIKE SOME OF THE 2 INCH HARDER FOAM ONES. I GOT ONE MADE BY UNIFUND (ORDERED IT FROM THE TREADMILL FACTORY) AND IT SAID IT WAS 24 INCHES WIDE BY 49 INCHES LONG. IT IS ONLY 23 INCHES BY 47 AND IS HARD AS ROCK. NEITHER MY WIFE OR I CAN USE IT, AND EVEN THOUGHT WE ONLY USED IT ONCE, AND COMPLETELY SANITIZED IT, THEY SAID THEY COULD NOT TAKE IT BACK BECAUSE OF COVID.

It’s perfect for core exercises- comfy on the back and arms. It’s not great for balance exercises (yoga etc) as it’s too plush, it’s super hard to balance.

I love this mat. I should have bought this earlier. I previously had 0.75mm thick mat but this mat’s thickness is way better for my workouts.

Needed something thicker to protect my knees while exercising. Does have some flex when doing high intensity moves (like burpees). Seems to be holding up well to my garage floor. Came with a tiny split in the foam, but hasn't spread.

Very pleased with the Energetics Training Mat. My first choice was not available, but this mat is thick and sturdy and very comfortable for use as a pilates or yoga mat.

Really puffy and comfortable. The delivery took a very long time but it is understandable in these times. Thank you

Very thick. Great for exercises where you are on your hands and knees. Looks a little cheap, but is holding up well so far.
