Air this outside first...

AIR this outside for 2 days before you bring this inside. The chemical smell is BRUTAL. Settled after 24 hours... each side... of outdoor "degassing." Otherwise fine for low-cost mat.

DO NOT BUY - MY WHOLE HOUSE SMELLED

Do yourself a favour and stay away from this mat. I've had products offgas before but have never experienced anything like this. My whole house smelled and I had to leave it outside for several days. I ended up googling PVC and yoga mats and am now concerned about using it. I don't know if all PVC ("Polyvinyl chloride") mats are this bad but I will avoid PVC in the future. Spend a bit more for a mat that's made out of natural materials and have a worry-free yoga practice.
