Evoke 18 Inch Foam Roller

Great size and firmness for all full body rolling needs

I bought this roller to help with Physio exercises related to knee replacement surgery. It is lightweight, but reasonably rigid foam. The dimples are pliable, but overall the roller is semi rigid (which is what i needed) and good for supporting a knee or leg. The other good thing is that the dimples provide some friction on a carpet or mat without slipping, so it's good for doing exercises which require actually rolling the roller. Even better it was on sale for half price when I bought it. In addition 18" is a good width for use under one or both legs.

Plastic feels durable and good quality. The wheels remind me of rollerblades and has a bit of give which is comfortable when applying pressure.

this product feels well made, it is super light and smaller than i thought. it feels nice after a long day at work and doesn’t take up too much space.
