So far, it seems promising and ready to enhance my workouts. However, I prefer heavier resistance band but it's definitely good for those in the beginning phase of the fitness regime.

Great band for lower weight exercises. I loved how elastic and sturdy it felt. I wish that it was slightly thicker for better stability when holding it.
