Stretch it! Twist it! Pull it! Firmly grasp it!

Stretches enough to offer good extension for various exercises, but never feels in danger of failing. Grippy but not sticky, easy to double or triple up; quite satisfied.

Sturdy and high quality

This band does exactly what you need it to. I use it to practice doing pull ups and it’s very sturdy. I would definitely recommend it for its comfort and effectiveness! Very durable aswell.

Woow. So amazing! It’s nice and heavy. A staple in my gym bag. I fold it when I want to use it for my legs and keep the original length for upper body workouts. It’s so flexible and durable. It’s easily foldable to store in my bag.

Gym essential and workout game changer !!!

Have been using this band for weeks now. I’m very impressed by the durability and versatility. It has enhanced my gym sessions and adds intensity, challenge and resistance levels to my workouts- squats, curls, or glute bridges! Very helpful and effective in stretching too. It’s easy and comfortable to carry and I can take it with me wherever I go. Overall, I absolutely love it and it has become a part of my fitness routine.

These are some strong bands .. I keep it near me when I'm watching TV or relaxing just to add a little movement where I can ..40-80lbs of resistance is no joke .. great for stretches or workouts using just your body weight

pretty good resistance band!

pretty sturdy feeling! i shared this with my partner and he says he’ll be able to use it, wishes i picked the Extra Strong one though. It’s a bit long but good for those exercises with more range. Not to much to say past that, it definitely gets the job done.

Solid Resistance Band

This is a solid and thick resistance band that does not attract dirt or hair to the band. Unfortunately it is a bit limiting on its use because it is a loop. I found it too short for arm related exercises when standing and too long when trying to use it for leg exercises like squats. I think a longer band with handles would be more appropriate for my exercise needs.
