EVOKE Adjustable Fitness Bench

I absolutely love this bench. Perfect height for hip thrust and all other lower body workout. I also love how easy it is to convert to doing chest exercises. It is easy to fold away if storage is a problem. I am so happy that I decided to buy it. If you are creative you can do so much more exercises.

Solid workout bench. Versatile for all different parts of my workout. It’s a little hard on the back when doing bench press but a folded up towel solves that. I really like that it’s light and fairly small when folded up as my workout room is small.

Nice sturdy bench. Great for home workouts! Price was really decent compared to similar products. Purchased a foam pad for added comfort.

So far it has been great! I haven't used it for long enough to comment on its durability but I've been very impressed with its versatility, sturdiness, and functionality thus far. I've used it 4-5 times a week since purchasing it for upper body workouts, as well as lower body exercises and it has not disappointed. Has turned my small space into a fun and effective home gym. Also fantastic price considering the average price of other similar benches.

This was a good purchase for living room workouts. Yes it’s smaller than a full-sized workout bench but it’s perfect for my daily 15min dumbbell weight workouts and is adequate. I’m able to lift it and tuck it off to the side of our living room when I’m not using it and take it out to the middle of the room when I want to use it. There’s a small storage cubby space inside it that’s good for resistance bands storage. Also the bench has many anchor points for resistance band workouts, and of course the bench can incline, and there are two bench height adjustment positions if you care about that. I got it on sale online with free delivery which was awesome. Happy with the purchase!

I love this workout bench. It is so sturdy and versatile. I can do so many different exercises with it and it takes up minimal space.

This is a sturdy bench that doesn't take up much room, not bulky, and not unsightly, so it fits perfectly with my decor. The various inclines permit me to do a variety of exercises (both with weights and without weights), making it an ideal asset to my home gym. A small hidden compartment found within the bench itself also allows a great out-of-sight storage place for gloves, a few resistance bands and even a skipping rope.
