This set has everything you need to start your yoga journey! Having the basic mat, block and strap is perfect for anyone from those just starting out, to those who are more experienced. All equipment is of great quality, especially for its price! The mat is super soft and comfortable to stand and sit on. The block is also the perfect balance of soft and firm, making it a great tool for many yoga poses. Really love this product and would definitely recommend for the yoga lover in your life!

This is a great beginner yoga set! It’s a really nice grey, comfy mat with a block and strap. Built with beginners in mind, this is everything you need when starting out your yoga journey. The mat is a nice length, lays flat, adds some cushion, and easy to clean.

When they say no slip, they definitely mean it! My floors tend to be really slippery, so I never bothered to buy yoga mats or sets, but this does not want to budge at all! I love the block and strap as well, its going to be perfect for those harder sessions where I need some assistance. I would definitely purchase this for someone or myself in the future, especially the beginner set, just because finding a whole set can be bothersome without getting individual pieces.

if you are into yoga this yoga mat is the one you need It comes with cotton yoga strap and a yoga block its very cushiony and duarable and it doesnot slip and easy to clean i highly recommend
