Good plyo box

Good plyo box. The non slip material is much nicer than the versions made from wood. The soft coating reduces impact on the joints.

Dangerous

I just opened the box and found the covering to be very loose. Upon inspecting the foam core I found the measurements to be less than the measurements listed on the box which causes the covering to be abnormally loose. This is dangerous to use as the loose cover cause you to trip when jumping up.
No, I do not recommend this product.

Great Addition for Training / Stretching Routine

At 5'4" I am not jumping the 30"... yet! I can do the 20" with some mental stretching and hope to build from there. However the 30" is perfect for number 4 stretch and straight leg hamstring stretching. Even my 5'10" running partner agrees. My husband and group have all successfully challenged themselves to the 30 of course. I honestly feel more cknfident with the foam then I would with a wooden one and it is dedinitely more comfortable for the stretching component. Very please with our purchase... and grest deal at Sport Check!
