EVOKE Guided Step Box

Awesome!!!! Works great, sturdy!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

At 5'4" I am not jumping the 30"... yet! I can do the 20" with some mental stretching and hope to build from there. However the 30" is perfect for number 4 stretch and straight leg hamstring stretching. Even my 5'10" running partner agrees. My husband and group have all successfully challenged themselves to the 30 of course. I honestly feel more cknfident with the foam then I would with a wooden one and it is dedinitely more comfortable for the stretching component. Very please with our purchase... and grest deal at Sport Check!

Very light and easy to move around. Seems very sturdy. Have only tried step ups so far.

I am actually quite impressed with this step box from evolve fitness. It is light weight (easy to move to where you are working out) but still mamanges to stay steady when you are using it. The surface feels like it has enough texture so you won’t slipp and It is solid but has just enough give to keep your knees happy when you are jumping. The guided excercises printed on the side on the box are a nice touch, and it appears the cover can be removed for washing if needed. My only concern would be for people who work out in their basements like myself. You will be limited to using the 20” and 24” heights for most excercises unless you are extremely short. I’m 5’5” and definitely would smack my head on a beam if I were to jump up onto the highest side of the box. If you have higher ceilings though I see no issues at all with this box.

This step box is the perfect addition to your home workouts! It’s light weight enough to move around where I need it, but sturdy enough to support my entire weight on it! There are 3 different heights you can utilize and even a list of exercises you can perform with it! The cover is also super easy to clean!

When I received this item in the mail I was quite surprised as it came in a huge box almost bigger than my 6 year old daughter! Very convenient Im definitely excited to try it out thanks infulenster!
