I recieved the 6lb medicine ball to test out and give my honest opinion, it is a textured durable rubber and easy to hold on to very comfortable size , it has multiple uses to target all zones of the body making it very versatile and effective easy to use the box for making it portable to use elsewhere too.

It's incredibly versatile—great for everything from core workouts and strength training to and stretching. I’m just starting back into a workout program so I love that it works both my upper and lower body while also helping improve my balance and coordination. The textured, non-slip surface gives me a solid grip, even during and the durable rubber construction means it should hold its shape really well, even with regular use. It’s easy to hold in between my knees and hands. The only negative is that it does have an odd texture and rubber smell. I’m hoping that the smell disappears soon.
