These resistance bands are great products if you are in the market for some affordable bands that seem to be durable (I have had them for about 2 weeks now and they do not seem to being showing any wear yet). Would recommend if these are something you are looking to add to your routine!

Great quality workout bands. I’m a big fan of using bands as you can use them for different muscle groups . The bands are very durable previously I have been using rubber bands that have snapped over time . These don’t take much space , came nicely packaged and easy to bring with you to the gym or when you are on the go and trying to squeeze in a workout where gym is not available

I like these resistance bands, but don't love them. I like that the set comes with three resistance levels, but find the light level actually quite resistant (and my muscles are not THAT weak). I wonder if they will get less resistant over time, but I only had them for a day and tried them once, and they seem very durable, since they're made from some woven material that's thick. They also have an off putting smell that I will try to get out by washing and airing them. The bands come in a mesh bag for storage that just fits them, so they store nicely, but I have them fold them in the right way to make them fit. I'll likely just use it for long term storage and keep one band at the level that works for me out to use. They're colour coded, which is great, but I'd color code them differently. Still, it's nice that there is a difference in colour, to grab one quickly. In use they're non slip and versatile, as I could use them for variety of upper and lower body exercises. The compact size makes them a good addition for home workouts.

It has a nice feel and the resistance is good and it’s comfortable I just don’t like that it’s not adjustable you can’t at all it just how much stretch and long as it is. But it comes with three different intensity so that’s good
