Evoke Mini Elastic Resistance Loop Multi Pack

I received these resistance bands complimentary in exchange for my honest review. I’ll start of by staying that I really appreciate how the set comes with a bag where you can store the resistance bands, this makes it easier to transport and store. The resistance bands are very good quality and I know they will last a long time. The set comes with light, medium, and heavy, which make it perfect to customize to your work out. I like to use them when training my legs and I found that these resistance bands are very comfortable and don’t slide down or tug. This is definitely a great value!

This resistance set worked just as one would expect it too. The bands themselves are soft and comfortable on the skin which is important for me. I like that this set came with all 3 types light medium and heavy so you can work up to what works for you.

I’ve been using the Evoke mini elastic resistance loop during my workouts, and overall, it’s a great addition to my routine. The band is durable and offers a solid amount of resistance, which I love for squats and glute work. That said, it’s a bit on the thicker side and slightly heavy, so it tends to slide down during certain movements unless I adjust it. Not a dealbreaker, but worth noting if you prefer something lighter or thinner. Still, for the quality and resistance it provides, I’d recommend it to anyone looking to challenge their workouts.

The quality seems good, especially with the rubberized grip on the inner band to prevent slipping or rolling. The weights of the bands vary from light to medium to heavy, and they definitely can be differentiated which allows them to be used in a versatile way. They even come with a little carrying case which is a nice touch. Overall I will enjoy using these during my weekly leg workouts!
