Amazing quality resistance band! This band is built great! It's long enough to do multiple exercises with. Folds very nicely to fit into my gym bag and the material is not harsh like some other resistance bands. It works great for leg exercises, arms and overall full body exercises. I even use it to work on my golf swing!

As a first time mom wanting to be active again, this Evoke Power Band Light 20-30 lbs helps me to start again gradually to tone my muscles without the risk of being strained at the gym by mis-using of gym equipment. It assisted me to regain my strength slowly and safer especially that I have developed CTS (carpal tunnel syndrome) after giving birth, so lifting for me is really a challenge. Lastly, it saves me money that I don't have to go to the gym for membership, I just need this power band, fitness app and youtube to warm up and tone.

The band is durable and I like the feel when I used it for the first time. I selected this item to use at work while on break. To increase my health journey.
