Evoke Rectangular Bolster Pillow

Good firmness for restorative poses. Exactly what I needed at a reasonably price.

This is a perfect firmness, I consider this just a tiny bit more than medium firmness. I'm about 140 lbs and when I lay my body on it, there is a slight squish. If you want it harder then put a rock in it.

These may be a tad shorter than the ones I use in somatic class but they allow me to do chest openers at home. Even my husband will use them.

Great Yoga Bolster, soft cotton, cover is machine washable, I bought this on sale for $40, such a great deal! The cushion is firm but soft and supportive.
