Great for building up strength

These resistance bands have been such a great addition to my recovery routine. After having kids and a car accident that left me with lingering pain, my physio recommended resistance exercises and these bands have made it so easy to stay on track. I really like the variety of resistance levels; it lets me work different muscle groups and progress gradually without overdoing it. They also come in a neat little carrying case, which keeps everything organized and easy to grab. Super convenient for a busy schedule!

All you need for full body training in a carrying

I've recently been diagnosed with type 2 diabetes and have started to exercise. These came along at the perfect time. There are 5 resistance bands going from 10lbs up to 50lbs. It also has a door anchor for upper body strength. 2 ankle straps and a carrying case.
I'm still learning the different ways I can use it but Im liking the door ancher with 10lb resistance. I'll work my way up

Wow! What a great little kit from Evoke! It comes with 5 different levels of resistance tubes. 10lb, 20lb, 30lb, 40lb, and 50lb. It has 2 handles, 2 ankle straps, a door stopper piece, and a mesh bag for portability! The different resistance levels make it perfect for all abilities in our home! The craftsmanship seems strong and durable. I like that the tubes are covered in a stretchy fabric material. Overall, I'm very impressed and happy with this product!

A very good add on for the all people esp working

I have used the resistance training cords in the gym earlier but to have my own set is just another level of happiness.The mesh kit is easy to store and carry the tubes.The handles are easy to clip in and start using.Ut has taken my healthy journey to a whole new level.
The quality surpasses the ones that I have used in the past.All in all..a MUST have for all the strength training people.It'll make your life easier and healthier!!
