Damaged - Poor Customer service

I am disappointed with my recent experience. The yoga mat I ordered was shipped with packing tape applied directly to the product itself, which caused significant damage when the tape was removed. As a result, the mat was torn and unusable upon arrival.
Additionally, I found the resolution offered by customer service to be inconvenient. Despite paying for shipping on an online order, I was advised to return the item in-store rather than being provided with a more appropriate solution.
Overall, this experience did not meet expectations in terms of packaging or customer support..
