Great for the Pilates girlies out there.

For all my at home Pilates girlies out there, these are great weights for you. I would say they are also really good for muscle rehab as well. Compared to my 5lb dumbbells, these do feel a little heavier but I did check they are the same weight. But because of the weight distribution, they do feel heavier and they target the muscles a little bit different but better. I wish I understood the science behind the why and the how but they are better for my Pilates practice over my dumbbells.
Yes, I recommend this product.
