Easy and effective

I received this product free in exchange for my review. I play roller derby and our league is always looking for new and challenging ways to improve our strength and stamina. We integrated the speed chute into our warm ups to add some resistance while running. It was effective and easy to use. We plan to continue using it to add just one more element to our warm up routines.

I got this for free from Influenster and Evoke. I tried running with it and really like it. It can be hard to use at the beginning but after a few tries it’s really good to work out with!

I got this for free from influenster and evoke in exchange for my honest opinion. I’m not heavily into training for these kind of activities but it does what it is supposed to do in terms of maximizing acceleration and speed. It’s neat for a great training tool but as for me it does not serve much of a purpose as I prefer doing long walks, simple jogging and the use of a treadmill. Great item nevertheless.

It’s a fun way to get some exercise. The kids were using it and running really hard to see if they can keep it up! It’s a little bulky for putting it away.
