The mat is easy to fold and store. It is long so great for tall people as well. It is firm but gives enough so it is comfortable. It is pretty thick, think gym mats. I would think it would be weird for actual yoga since you may fall of the edge doing a pose.

This mat is amazing , it is two inch thick foam (firm) , same type of foam they use in commercial gym bench press equipment , it is covered with a very durable material , it's so good i ordered a second one .

really enjoy the mat so far, right thickness yet comfortable, seems durable so far. best feature I like is that it's foldable for easier storage, unlike other ones where I have to roll them up and find a rope so it doesn't un-roll. it even comes with handles
