These are incredibly soft and helpful in my practice post meniscus tear, make it much more comfortable to continue my yoga journey. Have really enjoyed using these over the past month and will continue to incorporate them into my routine.

This product is amazing! You can use it for your knees for your booty workout BUT ALSO for your elbows for your abs workout. It has a dent in the middle that’s perfect to fit your knee and elbow with it move and slip around.

I have bad knees and tennis elbow and these pads make my Pilates classes so much more enjoyable. They are sturdy but soft if that makes sense. Can be used for knees are elbows depending on what moves you are doing . I’m obsessed

Great Quality and Support

Firm yet comfortable. My knees and arms usually start to hurt early on into my work out. They are small and light but really good quality. I can use it for my knee, elbows and wrists. I will definitely continue to use them regularly on my mat workouts.

I wasn’t sure what to make of these but they ended up working out great. It does everything it’s supposed to. It gives knees the support they need without any pain. The pads stay into place so they worked out great.

These pads are slim, stay still on the mat and very effective. Lightweight to transport to studio and a good size to protect the knee.
