Not very adjustable

I don't care for the beige color but the reason for my rating is that you cannot adjust the bands which is essential to get full use of this prop. The bands are on a rotating screw so you cannot wrap them to make the band shorter so you have to hold it in place with your hands which is inconvenient and sometimes painful. For the $15 I paid it's OK but wouldn't recommend

Good, but not great

A fun , cost effective multi use item for at home workouts. I like how it comes with 2 different weights of strings but my only qualm is how the string length is not quickly adjustable. Many of the workout videos I follow include exercises where the strings are rolled up around the bar to make them shorter. With the way the strings on this bar are mounted this is not possible and I have to stop the video to tie them before continuing. Had I known, I would have gladly paid more for a more expensive bar. Thank you.
