My 9-year-old grandson asked for a real Fitbit and he could not have been happier getting this for his sporting activities. He said that it is very easy to read and work. Thank you Sports Check for the great price and for making a young man very happy.

Ridiculously hard to sync.... Avoid at all costs

Bought 2 of the Ace 3 watches 2 years ago for my kids and set both up under Fitbit App, no problem. Kids loved it. Fast forward 2 years, my son told me his watch clock time is off so I had to resync it, only way to do it is to have the watch resync'd through the App. Now Google wants my Fitbit account integrated because Google bought Fitbit and what used to be a simple process turns into a 2hr nightmare. I needed to have 2 kids email addresses made up (which I did have previously) but will not let me add it to the App (and you can only have one kids account per device so I need 2 spare devices). I tried adding Ace 3 under my Google account to avoid having to delete my Google account off the tablet but nope it will only link to a kid's Google account. My tablet will not let me add my kids account with my Google account already installed so I had to remove all other google accounts on my tablet and designate the tablet as a kid's device, then use the Google account to log into the Fitbit App so I can sync the watch. So, to use this watch, you need to also have a spare phone/tablet for each watch you have and go through all the crazy setup and family account linkage crap. No thanks Google, they had it right the first time when Fitbit was just Fitbit.

Impossible to configure in Canada

Impossible to configure. After finally being able to create a child google account (using a vpn to move my location out of Quebec), when it came time to log in to fitbit to configure the watch, the service is unavailable in my location for a kids account but I cannot use the Ace with an adult either. Will be returning these ASAP.

Unsupported - impossible to register

Impossible to set up the device. Google seems to have abandoned it. It's a device for kids that doesn't allow you to use a kid's account. But try to use your regular account, it still won't let you! It tells you it's a device for kids!
